Hi, everyone,
Well, I'm feeling so blessed and grateful that I decided to do another give-away!  Thank you all so much for your response to my October give-away!!!  I really appreciate you!!

To enter for this one is really simple!!!  Simply post a comment to this post telling me what you are most thankful for!  That's it!!!  Easy peasy!!

What's in the RAK???  This time it will be a surprise!!!  I will use the Random Number Generator  at 9pm Pacific Time on Black Friday to pick the winner.

Good luck, everyone!!!  Let's all count our blessings!!!

UPDATE:  OK.  Here's the first part of the give-away! (I am so excited and terrible at keeping secrets!!) There will be lots more, but thought I would give you a little teaser on  part of what you can win!!

These little stamps are new at M's.  Aren't they just so cute???    I think they will be so handy with the holidays right around the corner!!  I think the angel and the to: from: stamp and the Joy stamp can be used year round.  I just have to add that I am so touched reading  the comments you all have posted!!!  We are all so truly blessed!!

Are you feeling grateful yet??  Sure hope so!!  No matter how bad things get, we all have things to be grateful for!!!  Don't ya think???

OK, enough of that!  I'm ready to reveal the next gift that will be part of the give-away.  I think you'll like this one!!  It is a chipboard wordbook from BoBunny and perfect for this time of year because it spells "BELIEVE"!!  I can just see it all done up for Christmas with peppermint striped papers and pictures!!!  It was hard to get a picture of this one, so I hope this will do.  The size is 6" X 12 ", so it is a big one!!!

OK, so TWO new pics of the candy today!  I'm feeling so generous and inspired from being at Robyn's (The Pink Stamper) live Ustream event today, I decided to post some more of the items I am giving away.  This new pic shows:  12 X 12 K and Company "Life's Journey" Gate fold scrapbook.  Now,  I normally don't give away scrapbooks because lots of the scrapbookers have their favorites that they use, but this one was just so pretty that I had to pick it up to give away.  It is post bound and comes with 20 inserts.  Then, there is an 8-page accordian album in a tin from EK Success, a 128-piece boxed set of punchboard by Heidi Grace, a 20-project Idea Guide from Joann's Craft Essentials, and a package of Silver Foil Christmas Thickers.  WHEW!!!  Keep checking back, because I will be adding more candy as the days go by!!  So, are ya feelin' grateful yet???  I sure am!!  I continue to be inspired and blessed by reading all of your comments.  Life is good!

UPDATE:
Though I haven't been posting pictures, lots of goodies have been added to this RAK since my last post.  I won't type a list of everything here, but there are some chipboard shape albums, a Craft-Lite paper trimmer with changeable blades, and lots of other goodies.  I have had so much fun shopping for goodies for this prize package!!!  Counting down to Friday!!!  Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!!!

My FIRST Gypsy file to share!!!

DISCLAIMER:  DO NOT USE THIS LUMINARIA WITH CANDLES THAT HAVE AN OPEN FLAME!  USE ONLY WITH BATTERY OPERATED CANDLES!

This is a VERY simple project, but it is my first Gypsy design that I did all on my own.  Someone else may have already made one of these, but I haven't seen them.   I was inspired to make this after I discovered how expensive the Febreze Luminarias are! This is a luminaria that holds the little battery operated tea lights.  I found them at Dollar Tree, 4 in a package for $1.  I used blue glitter paper and vellum.  I'll post the pics and the gypsy file, then try to explain how to assemble these.

For the Gypsy file, click here.

The assembly is easy, but kind of difficult to explain.  Wish I was a video wiz, but I'm not, so I'll do the best I can.  The file will cut two pieces.  One with two round holes, we'll call this piece section A. This piece will create the base for your luminaria and the tea light holder. The other piece has the snowflake cut-outs.  Feel free to delete those if you wish.  We'll call this piece section B, and it creates the shade for the luminaria.

Starting with section A,  score at 1", 2", 3", 4", 6", 7", 8" and 9".  Your score lines at 2" and 8" will intersect right through the center of the circle cut-outs.  Fold all your score lines.  Apply adhesive to each end.  Starting on the left end, begin folding the score lines toward the center.  This will create 1/2 of a box-type assembly with half of a circle cut out in the top.  Now do the same thing from the right end.  You will now have a box-type piece with a round hole cut out in the center of the top.  This is your tea light holder and the base of your luminaria.  Set this piece aside.

Now for section B, the shade.  Simply score it at 2 1/2", 4 1/2", 7" and 9".  There will be a little flap left at the end.  Fold all your score lines.  Apply adhesive to the small flap and assemble the shade by simply connecting the flap to the other end of Section B.  Slide the shade onto the base and place your tea light inside.

For my sample, I used vellum behind the snowflakes.  This is optional, and you can also replace the snowflakes with whatever design you prefer, or delete the design altogether.

Clear as mud???  I hope you can understand these instructions.  They are really easy to make!  Honest!!!

Have fun!

Maybe a few pics will help!  Hope so.  Any questions, please don't hesitate to email me.  And don't forget to scroll up the page to enter my November give-away!

Febreze Luminarie

Just a simple project for ya today!  I don't even have it embellished yet, but just had to share!!!  I love the look of the new Febreze Luminaries but with my asthma and the strong scents on their shades, they were a no go for me.  My solution???  Make my own shade without the scent!!!  To make your own, you will need a 12 X 12 sheet of cardstock that has the (usually white) border with the designers name or just blank.  K and Company stacks have the white edge that makes the sheet of paper more than 12" on one side.  This is where you will place your adhesive.  Cut your paper crosswise so the white border is on one end of your shade.  Make your shade whatever height you want!!!  Score your shade at 3", 6", 9" and 12", apply your adhesive and you're done!!!  You gotta try it!!!

OK, I'm off to embellish mine!!!  What will YOU make???

OK!  Here's a pic of the completed luminarie.  I just redid our guest bath in a lodge theme and this now sits proudly on a shelf that looks like it is made of logs.  The trees are cut from Winter Woodland at 3".  I sanded and inked the corners and edges with Studio G ink.  Buttons are from Daisy D's.  Ribbon from M's.

NOTE OF CAUTION:  The Febreze luminaries have NO flame or heat source!  They are battery operated units that give the illusion of a flickering candle.  PLEASE do not try this with conventional candles, only the battery operated ones.
